People with this personality trait care greatly for others, but they can be difficult to get to know because they are introverts. They may have a tendency to become very close and intensely devoted to the few people with whom they form close bonds.
They despise confrontation and want to stop it at all costs. When disputes or disagreements occur, people tend to reflect on how the dispute makes them react rather than the specifics of the disagreement. They can become excessively dramatic or even unreasonable during arguments. They will, however, be effective mediators by assisting those engaged in a confrontation to recognize and share their feelings.
